In addition to our markets in Ribnitz-Damgarten, Stralsund and Greifswald, we now also start a yard sale! Every Wednesday from 1 to 3 pm at our place in Palmzin - come by!
Our village sheep farm is located on the edge of the small village of Palmzin between Marlow and Semlow, 12 km south of Ribnitz-Damgarten.
We are a small family business that processes the milk obtained from our sheep in the farm's own cheese dairy fresh daily and in traditional manual labor. For cheese making we use only natural rennet, lactic acid bacteria and pure sea salt. Thus, our dairy products are all free of preservatives, flavor enhancers or other additives.
From now on we offer from May to October every WEDNESDAY from 13 - 15 o'clock yard sale of our different sheep cheese variations!
