Village shepherd Palmzin
We are a small family business that processes the milk obtained from our sheep in the farm's own cheese dairy fresh every day and in traditional manual labor.
Our village sheep farm is located on the edge of the small village of Palmzin between Marlow and Semlow, 12 km south of Ribnitz-Damgarten.
We are a small family business that processes the milk obtained from our sheep in the farm's own cheese dairy fresh daily and in traditional manual labor. For cheese making we use only natural rennet, lactic acid bacteria and pure sea salt. Thus, our dairy products are all free of preservatives, flavor enhancers or other additives.
Surrounded by untouched nature, extensive forests and the Recknitz valley - Germany's only originally preserved glacial valley - the beautiful landscape invites you to extensive cycling and hiking tours as well as canoe trips on the Recknitz or the Bodden waters. Equally recommended are day trips to Rügen, Hiddensee, Stralsund or Warnemünde. Palmzin is located 23 kilometers from the Baltic beaches of the peninsula Fischland-Darß.

We offer a farm sale on Wednesdays from 13 to 15 o'clock.
